You are sooo good for not having a trainer! well... to help with your toes going outwards try turning your knees in more and gripping with them. If you find that you hve spaces in between your knees and the saddle when you trot or what my trainer calls frog legs try taking strips of paper and putting them between your knee and the saddle and try not to let them fall. That will help you to get the feel of where your knees should be and that should turn in your toes. Your heels need to be pushed down more. Try standing on stairs with your toes on the edge of the step and pushing down which in time will make your heels stronger. Or 2-point also helps to make your ankles stronger. You can also arch your back slightly and make sure to stick out your chest which will throw your shoulders back. Everything else i think Machogirl covered...I hoped that helped! I knoe its a lot to think about but overall you look great!
