His head has a pretty godd height, but his nose would look better if it was tucked a little. I don't think his head is bad where it is, I think it suits him.

i think that you could get his nose tucked in a WHOLE lot better with draw reins, they work really nice.
and about your equitation...
you dont have BAD equitation but it can be a WHOLE lot more better with work...and i will try to explain it to you.
upper body: your sitting up nice in most of your pics but in some your slouching a bit and just rotate your shoulders back and get all loosened up but dont look like a stiff bored or something lol. you do have piano hands and just rotate your wrists up and put your thumbs on the leather (reins) also another hint- sit in the back of your saddle and sit back and it will help chis head a lot.
lower body: you ride your legs like when i first started riding...just rotate your knees in a bit and get your heels down. to help you with this: when you first get on your horse stand all the way up in your stirrups and let all your weight drain to the end of your heels and make sure your knees are rotated in (try to ride your knee cap on the saddle, physically impossible but when you try gets your leg in the proper position.)
hope i helped!! yall look good overall and try the draw reins!

to get his head up i would use an overcheck on his bridle: and draw reins to get his nose in: but you can rig your own draw reins..no need to buy them!! this is what you do: get a long nylon rope and on the ends tie some brass snalls on then. lay the rope across your horse with a snap on each side and take the brass snaps and pull them over the part of your bit where your reins hook then through it and then snap the brass snap to the buckle thing on your leathers or your girth (the metal things)

You could try those, but don't use them more than you need to.

OK, i lied and i ended up getting back on, becasue its 4am and i cant sleep..i just had a dream about you laura..ill post more after the show BUT heres my big question: IF Chi decides to drop his head which he does A LOT and pull on the reins at the show, what should i do...? SHould i snap the bit which of course makes his head come up..or pull his head up or what?

Try not to let him drop his head, you can hold it up and "play" with the reins a bit to encourage him to keep it up.

when he drops his head that means he is getting strung out and dont let him get strung out!! try to play with him in the mouth (like laura said) to keep him from getting strung out or anything else that works.
