Hey, anyone going to the Deerfield Fair Horse Show this week? Its gonna be awesome, like it always is, but this might be the last year they do jumping (I always like to watch) because the whole jumping part is considered 'The Gretchan Anderson Show' since shes like the only one who shows up to do hunter jumper. I hope it dont rain, or snow, or hail, or we get lightening cause you never know what'll happen in 'Queerfield'! Anyone remember the huge lightening storm we had in 04 on the Deerfield Fair Grounds? I think it was either at Greater Manschester Horse Show, Twin State American Saddlebred Horse Show, or New HAmpshire horse and Trail. Anyways, good luck to anyone whos going, and to everyone else out there that has no idea what I'm talking about anyways(lol)...

Yeha, its true. The Deerfield Fair entry forms are sent out in like May, way ahead in time. My step dad works for the Deerfield Fair so we're pretty much gaurenteed two stalls, but yeah, there is an actual 'list' of people who make it into stalls. The list is made so that anyone who has been coming to the Deerfield fair and contributing money for many years are gaurenteed stalls, then they split the rest of the stalls among large stables, and people with few horses but come to the other shows held there and contribute money, thats hwy its hard for new people or barns to get stalls because its the faithfull people who get stalls first.

Yeha, see we have 'connections' too, I gotta say thats one thing my Step Dads good for, he makes friends easily (lol). Ron B. (he and his wife like run the fair grounds practicly) is like best buddies with my Step Dad and for the past like 6 yeras hes been begging him to join the staff, so we're on Ron's good side. I love the ladies in the show office, their funny, and after a while they get to know your name so its like you walk in and their like "What are you doing with a scratch sheet? Thats not good news, sorry about what ever happened.". By the way, I love the saddlebred in your icon (I'm guessing ints Kappy) white markings. I'm a fan of lots of chrome.

I dunno about extra classes, but I'm gaurenteed to show in Morgan Ameture English Pleasure. As long as I dont get excused in the qualifier (lol! ) I'll be showing in class 144 which is sunday morning and its Morgan Ameture English Pleasure Championship. I get chronic migranes so when ever I have a horse show, my mom calls the school and says I'm having a 'migrane'.

Thanks lol, and I'll be the one on the horse going sideways at the walk, cause thats my mares favorite thing to do, although its not mine.
Hey, can I ask what farm your at? At first I thought it was Beede Farms because of things you said, but I doubt that now that I see the way Kappy's stall is built and th light colored wood used.

ya she is slowing geting pulled back into it. she has 1 of the best academy programs around (which this is hopefully my last season in) she has alot of potential suit riders coming up so i have a feeling she is gona come back around. she says she doesnt wanna go crazy like before when she was going to kentucky and virginia with like 25 head of horses..which is fine for me.
