i dont know about anyone else but stubborn horses just piss me off.
what i would tell your instructor that since you are the one leasing him than you can choose who your instructor is..or thats what i would do.

Yeah, she shouldn't be able to control with who you take lessons even though it is her horse, you are leasing it and you are in charge of showing it. I don't like stubborn horses either.

well then you just have to make him do it until he knows that he doesnt have a choice and he cant get by with you .

i did and i cant stand this horse i tried to get his respect but u kno wat he did when i tried to correct him he reared and threw me off what a shocker (not really a shocker) so now i cant show him sunday i might but dought it i got back on him after he threw me but my back is really sore

I'm sorry too. I agree with Ashley, that horse would be going buh byes, either sold or to a mean trainer that would straighten it out.
