he didnt even have any left for the flies when he first came! he'd try to swish it and it just be the cartilidge part and i was like oh you sad horse, saddlebreds should never have tails like this. Although it is coming back now, i'll have to look into that stuff to help grow out his tail!

That's so mean if he couldn't even swat the flies. She should have only taken half of it or just left it alone.

yeah we just cut it a couple inches after the end of the tail bone so they still have a fly switching tail ;D

yea well his tail is actually doing pretty well now lol when i walk by he can almost hit me in the face with it when he's trying to kick... he's not the friendliest horse ever. i do think that it was mean to cut so close to the tail bone tho, i guess it didnt matter for him too much but it made me upset b/c it was only done since he wasnt going to be showing with them anymore. idk i just felt bad 4 him.
