alright well heres my story- i go to a all morgan show i have 2 horses to show one is my Equitation horse shod for english pleasure and i have a classic horse. well..... i show both of them Equitation- (pleasures not my thing) and then i go to the arena do a beautiful pattern and rail work on the eq horse and i go to the middle for line up the girl next to me s pattern was not good and she won..... i stand there in the center all alone waiting for somone to tell me what to do!! how embarrasing!!!! then the ring person comes up and tells me "well you can leave now miss" and was rude about it so i left and i broke the rules! ugh i didnt even know they said i can cross enter in classic with my eq horse. but they are 2 different horses? but now they explained it to us it IS the RIDER but it doesnt say that in the rules but doesnt that stink! i worked my butt off in that class oh and that was in my championship class they made me give back my 1st place ribbon and trophy for the qualliflyer class!!! meanies! but i guess Rules are Rules! they just arnt clear! hehe ok well here are some pics... the chestnut it my eq horse and the bay is my classic horse ....(Tug) (keene) i2.tinypic.com/vgjs60.jpg i love his tail! i3.tinypic.com/vqii5k.jpg ( im making a face!) i3.tinypic.com/vqij2q.jpg relaxing before class you dont have to crique cause these are relaxed pics before i got to my class

Yeah, some of those little picky rules are kinda annoying, but what can you do. By the way, you're horse is gorgeous. I love his tail!

I hate those "hidden" rules! The associations need to be more clear!

Yeah, I know what you mean. I haven't come across any problems yet, but I know that the Arab people have a lot of issues in the bigger divisions.

Thats harsh, taking back your trophy and all. I would have been like "Okay, I guess your right" and then taken the trophy and ran! (I am about to faint over your horses tail too)

A lot of Morgans tend to have very long tails. My friend's new horse's tail is about six feet long. I'm so jealous. lol.

lol no his tail is not fake... its a different color at the like mid point because when its up when i ride the sun sorta bleaches it out.. haha but it is a pain tto wash when its bathing time before the show.. i stand at my horse butt washing it! takes forever, but it ends up looking nice! haha... i want to get the 3rd horse a tail but my trainer said it would be a bit to much for him since hes small!!!

Thats ridiculous. Its SUPPOSED to be that a horse cannot cross enter in a class not the rider! In the ASB circuit if you show a pony in a horse class (or a GA owned, AL owned etc.. ) and then show in a pony class that same show you get disqualified from whichever your showed in second. Its crazy but whatever. You cant show a 5 gaited horse in amateur and then show it in pleasure at the same how either but i never thought a rider could not cross enter. Weird.. maybe you should call up the association and talk to them.
