well today I showed in my 3 gaited juvenile park quaifier and placed 5th out of 9. the funny thing is that when she was cantering the first way around the ring she got about halfway around and right before she got in front of the judge to make her pass in front of him she stopped cantering.. so he never saw her canter 1 time the first way around the ring.. haha and its kinda funny actual i think. hmm well the championship is friday so maybe she wont do anything stupid doing that so we can get a better ribon.. well here is a pic

She looked good. Hmm... when are you going to brace her tail?

that is in the championship... despite the fact that she almost kicked the judge's head off and bucking at the canter every 2 feet she looked really good.. but we got last because of that. She was by far the best horse in the ring and it makes me so mad that she behaved so badly. I do think she wouldnt have acted up so bad if I had used more saddle pads or a thicker one. She has a really sensitive back. Her tail wont be braced anytime soon. Her tail hasn't ever been cut and even if you leave her in a tail set for a couple of months her tail isnt as flexible enough to put it in a brace. Her tail bone is also really short it doesnt come off of the set except about 2 inches so it is not heavy enough to weigh the tail down to get a break. It is difficult to explain.

I saw the picture on sandras website and she looked cute. Its a shame she was acting up. You know, I think MJO Stables had her and put her through TSE a long time ago as a broodmare prospect. Shes too cute to be a broodmare. Anyways, have you guys not thought about cutting her tail?

Ash, Ive had the SAME problem with Chi, he has to have a saddle pad on or he goes crazy.

Wow, she looks awesome! It was probably just one of those days when she was off; we all have them. She's very cute though; I love how she moves!

Well Ashley, just thought (since your not online) that I would let you know if you want to do some research on liza then search for Slo Gait Farm and look at their site. They owned her a long time ago!

I guess the slomans bought her at tattersalls. I know she didnt work out as a broodmare I dont think they could get her in foal or something. Oh also, you need to talk to brittany because i talked to her trainer and she wants to know about elmo
