I used to use a tanish-colored coat, with navy pants and a navy derby. It looked really nice on any horse that I rode, but I would suggest a burgandy or light blue color for your horse, if he's the only one you'll be showing.

hey everyone sorry!!! i kind of forgot my password for my old account so i registered for a new one but im still kirstie. lol. i didnt end up getting a suit or daycoat because they decided not to show him in country pleasure, they tried him in a western shatner class and he won so they decided to show him western for awhile. hopefully ill be getting a horse next year so ill finally be able to buy a suit and get outta academy!!!! i cant wait for that day!!!
